NON-MEMBERS:

  • complete sessions with a friend/family ​member at $25 per session (no matter session length)

  • sessions are performed in our cutting edge, private facility featuring Technogym Skill Equipment, Flexline cable cross,
         PowerBlock Dumbells and American Barbell ​plates and bars​
  •  sessions delivered educationally to teach technique and alignment, building a lifting 'toolbox' and skill set
  • scans at desired intervals on Fit3D ProScanner and other
  • assessments to keep you seeing the change in your physical shape and posture
  • In-home available at additional cost, starting at $3.00/per mile from studio address
