Custom proposals are given

Services utilized and/or determined necessary for member success could include additional paid resources,
​based on member's pre-determined budget and we try to work with a variety of budgets!
Services needed can come from categories described below.  
​Proposals consider client’s current proficiency, 
desired times for service as well as frequency of services.
We will start with a complimentary short discovery call, then move to a paid assessment at $150 (approx. 1 hour).
If  a proposal to continue working together is agreed upon, the $150 will be credited into the first month.
HEALTH EDUCATION
  • self quantification and tests to get 
              measurable data on your current state of wellness
  • books, articles, videos and podcasts that will  assist in more permanent change of your relationship to all aspects of health

MOVEMENT SERVICES
Could include
  • additional movement sessions with us at one of our facilities, a contracted location, In the comfort of your own home or virtually.
  • at home programs, written by us and/or selected off of existing on-demand platforms
  • ​classes such as yoga, pilates, HIIT, spinning, kick boxing, painting or music lessons, water aerobics, dance, etc.
​WELLNESS SERVICES

  • ​life or business coaching
  • counseling services
  • massage, facials, spa treatments
  • acupuncture and/or chiropractor visits
  • spa/sauna visits​
